Callander Constructions named as runner-up in NSW MBA Excellence in Housing Awards

Bleak House has been named one of the best historical restorations in the state at the 2025 NSW Master Builders Association Excellence in Housing Awards.

Callander Constructions was named as a runner-up in the NSW awards, which were announced in Sydney on September 6, with recognition as a finalist in the Historical House Restoration category.

The award comes on the back of Callander Constructions’ stellar run at the Master Builders Association 2025 Western Region Excellence in Building Awards, including Residential Builder of the Year, Best Historic Restoration over $2 million award for Bleak House & Best Granny Flat over $300,000 for its Buckaroo Cabin project.
