Three ways to build with us
Some homes need designing from nothing, around a particular site and a particular way of living. Some are already drawn and just need the right builder. And some are better solved by a design that is already resolved, documented and priced. All three are welcome here.
A custom home, designed for your site
Start with a block of land and an idea. Concept, council approval, documentation and build, all under one roof, with a price you know before the drawings are finished.
You already have plans
If you already have plans from an architect or designer, we can take it from there. Send them through and we can review the project, price the work and talk through the next steps.
A pre-designed home, from $450,000
Callander Living is our range of compact, pre-designed homes with fixed, all-inclusive pricing. Three models, already designed, documented and costed, with council submission handled. Ideal as a second dwelling, a rural retreat or a smaller home done properly.
